They were .gif files, one was 112 bytes (a dot) and the other was 753 bytes (a little shooting star). I don't know off the top of my head whether a virus can be transmitted via .gif. If so I'm screwed, except that what kind of virus can you transmit in 753 bytes that also shows a valid image. I wasn't able to find what you were referring to on eBay, though. Do you have a link?
