It's unbelievably sad how mercenary and unfeeling sellers can be
and how easily hoodwinked buyers can be. Walking around the
mall last night looking for a gift I actually got quite despondent at
the amount of crap for sale

Just getting back to the salt and the sob story about the efforts it
takes to get it from Nepal - AFAICT Nepal has no salt. It's all
imported from India and Tibet (aka SW China)

Take a look at life expectancies in countries replete in "natural
unpolluted" ingredients. Typically 20 years or more less than in
developed countries. There's your bullshit indicator right there
