OK, I would try writing to them, or through one of the people below, and see 
if they are interested in letting you deal with their OEM, or if they would 
deal with you direct at an OEM rate.

To find US dealers, there is a whole list if you select "Vertrieb" from the 
tabs at the top, select "Handlersuche" link at bottom of page, and then 
select USA without a post code (PLZ) on the drop down menu. You get a long 
list, but I suggest you contact these ones who I know are pretty active with 
these decoders. Check the list above if you want to finds one in your post 
code.
