Does anyone know of a reliable company in downstate New York that does 
through-hole board assembly and/or custom cable assembly?  Our current 
assembler is... problematic.  It has turned out to be terribly 
convenient that they're 20 miles away, so it would be nice to find 
someone who is also close, but if not, we will look farther.

This is for ~200 units remaining on this run, 500-unit run expected in 
another ~6 weeks.
