> Our company recently bought a Finepix motorized projector > screen, which has a wired remote control with three > pushbuttons (UP/STOP/DOWN). It's plugged in like this: > > outlet-----remote control-------motor > > If used as designed, there will be two thick black cables > hanging on the wall (not a very pretty sight). > > So what I'd like to do, is hide the cables and the PCB inside > the wall, and replace the remote control box with a wall switch. > > Any idea where I can find a wall switch with three pushbuttons? > > Vitaliy Very common in Australia. Have a look here - . These are modular, you can buy the faceplates & switches separately. The switches just snap in. Faceplaces have as many holes as you need. The same faceplate can be used for network connections, TV, phone etc, just buy the type of connection you need. The 3-way ones are usually used for fan & light control, one switch for the light, the next for the fan, and a dimmer control goes into the 3rd spot. Push buttons don't see much use domestically, but they're easy enough to get. Engraved as well if you're enthusiastic enough.
