DougM, I use sonicwall TZ170 firewall and 3com hub. I use windows 2003 as regular pc. and I am not using static IP. Could it just be a faulty network card or cable? Does the network otherwise appear OK without the internet connection - can you ping the individual items? Has the system worked previously and just failed or have you added something or changed something and it's fallen over? Is there something special in your ISP requirements? I'm no network expert, but those on the list that are will likely require a bit more info. I have found the utility "ipscan" useful for seeing what's connected to a network - let me know if you want a copy.
