Hi Gerhard, I pay here (Brazil) about 10U$ each. It was the best solution possible for my design because I need a 0 - 100 % duty cycle variation, and is very robust. It drives four 500V 37A mosfets in parallel. It=B4s 2KW DC/DC Buck converter.
