Hmmm, it could make a difference as to how much effort needs to
be put into the timing. That's no reason to intentionally dumb down
the output. In fact it shouldn't take a lot of effort to get the best
resolution. If it needs to be better than that possible with a 20MHz
PIC then the other option would be to use a faster PIC, eg 18F or
better or Scenix
