Ice volume is larger than that of the liquid and glass is not compliant at all at that scale. Treat the frozen bottle with respect and expect it to go craack! at any time, including while thawing. The happy people who made that video did not waste a single second on warnings. Like not staying too close when tapping the bottle on the marble and using a kitchen mitt in case it cracks where one's fingers will have been. There is also no info on the temperature. It is possible that an ordinary freezer (-18 deg. C) is too cold or not cold enough for that trick. I was surprized to see it work with beer, since beer has things in it, lik bits of yeast, hops etc. But cold filtered beer hasn't got anything in it (that's what the cold filtering does).
