Rikard, I don't think its a good Idea to contact Microchip for an =

ICD2-clone issue.  Probably they won't answer you.

On the other hand, ICD2 is a product that udpates itself very often when =

you change it from programmer to debugger mode , or when
you change the device to which it will connect. =


This makes me think that if you have such a problems, after reinstalling =

it, it can be due to a "firmware problem", rather than a windows problem.
