That's a cool little lcd. Probably 3 commons and 7 segments, although 4 commons and 6 segments would yield 3 digits with decimals. Haven't seen one before. May be a custom part, but I bet you can find it stock from one of the asian LCD places. I've tagged this message with EE, so it might get wider exposure on the list than the original post.
