Just because your experience is different to someone elses doesnt mean that they're talking "blah blah" and unless I missed that post, I didnt see anyone describe Dell as an evil company. It is often the case that a company that "overstretches" itself finds that its then unable to fulfill all of its obligations. Im reliably informed that around the time many of us had difficulties, Dell went through a "cost cutting" excercise, essentially reducing its workforce. so in short, Im happy for you that your kit works, but for those of us whos kit didnt, please dont say that we're talking "blah blah" because we paid money too.
