Hi all,

I am confused. There are about as many interpretations for prosigns and
punctuation as there are resources describing this subject. What is THE standard
? E.g. even Wikipedia (which is not supposed to be authoritative acc. to
academia) has clashes between prosigns and punctuation. E.g.:

See '=' and '<BT>' on:

  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morse_code
  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosigns_for_Morse_Code

So, what is the authoritative version ? (I am working on the decoder and these
inconsistencies drive me crazy).
