Those smaller (44 pin and fewer) 24F parts are the exception.  All of the
other 24F (the 64 pin and larger), and all of the 24H are 1,000 cycle.
And note that the 10,000/1,000 specs are "typical"; the "minimum" is
10% of those figures.
