And, I'm in Lagrange, Ohio, a 1.5 hour drive East and 14 miles South of 
Lake Erie. Being an experienced novice, I probably wouldn't be first 
choice, but would be happy to try burning, and could pick up the return 
postage. I have a Micro engineering EPIC programmer which I use for 18 
pin devices. Currently have been using 18F1320. For some reason haven't 
been able to program the 18C711. There is also someone on this list from 
Elyria, Ohio, which is 6 miles North. :)
