Anyone know of any pay-per-burn services for PICS?

I have a project I'd like to work on, but dont have the money to get a
pic programmer yet. I just need 1-2 PIC's programmed.

Any tips?
Here is the schematic for the project I want to build.

It's for a RDS decoder.  Has anyone on this list also build a RDS decoder?
