I think you can easily get the prepaid card from T-Mobile or Cingular as lo=
ng
as your GSM phone is Tri-band or Quad-band. I think Cingular has
better coverage.
Last time I bought a T-mobile SIM card for use in Cleveland and the signal
is horrible. My friends got Cingular SIM cards and were much better off.
