I wasn't able to found one, I found with difficulty an unlocked phone
as a gift for my wife (same price like here and older model, but a
gift is a gift...)

P.S There is an amazing photo store on the 5'th street (if I remember
well) where an italian is selling Motorola Razor with $29. He must
have SIM's too if they didn't got it...
