I put a sx28/dp onto a breadboard. When I went to program the sx28 it states "Chip connection failed". I tracked the issue to the MCLR_ not being tied to a high value. I had a 10K resistor tied to VDD (+5V). If I directly tied this to VDD with no pull-up resistor it works. I need to put a tactial switch to reset the circuit and am not sure what is going on.
