Didn't seem to find anything that fit the bill, so I ended up building my own current sink using a PIC (already part of the project), SPI DAC, OpAmp plus some transistors and resistors. Wasn't desgined with 100mA in mind, though. I should have a few pcbs left. > Linear solutions are not acceptable.
