One of the main criteria I had was that it would be a client side Wiki, I did not want to have to involve our IT department (It's a lot easier if I maintain it) I ended up picking TiddlyWikki because of the number of users, the addons that are available and the way it looks. The wiki will be maintained by the engineering group and access is limited by restricting write access to the network drive it resides on.
