PICList.com's wiki engine makes adding comments, etc... very easy. Editing
pages isn't fantastic except in IE 5.5 and above where the WYSIWYG features
of ContentEditable areas can be used. In that case, the editor is messy and
desperatly needs to be cleaned up but it works and is very easy to use.

Piclist.com supports private pages and private content within a page. It
does not support "categories" but categories based on directory would be
easy to add.


Code is .ASP but I would be interested in help translating it into PHP or
.NET
