Well, they are in the directory structure set up by the install program when 
it installed MPLAB, so I have no reason to believe this is the case.

Also double clicking on the file produces a strange error message, and 
attempting to open them with Internet Explorer also produces an error. MPLAB 
produces no error message (would I would expect it to do if the paths were 
wrong) it just sits there looking dumb.
