I don't have that one, but I'll check their website. Perhaps you mean drill_cfg.ulp? I use this one first to generate a table of drill sizes, then the CAM processor expects this table. Sounds similar to what you're referring to. But it generates a codename (such as T01, T02, etc) to each hole size, not for each hole instance. > Also will draw a table containing the legend.
