I usually select all layers, then highlight the whole board and copy by 
selecting the scissors tool and right-clicking at a good "handle" point such 
as (0 0).  Then paste the second copy, etc.  I do this very regularly for 
barebones PCB service and usually put about 20 different projects on a single 
board which I then separate on my own.  Lately, I also put rows of small 
holes between the boards so I can separate them easier.
