Trouble is the light won't reach the charging coating until the battery 
powering the cloaking coating runs out ... The light has to "see" the 
charging coating to be able to energise the charging, but if the cloaking 
coating is operative the light cannot "see" the charging coating ...

There he is ... no he isn't ... now he's over here ... no he's not ... over 
there ... gone again ..
