After some digging, found this page:

The problem is, I cannot find a place to order the thing (not even eBay). 
Has this product been discontinued? Are there other similar probes on the 
market? Does anyone have one for sale? :)

UPDATE: Just called the number on the website (to see if the company is 
still in business), and someone actually answered the phone (it's 2 am in 
New York)! The person on the other end of the line was apparently expecting 
a call from someone else, but he politely confirmed that the OsziFox has 
indeed be discontinued and there is no replacements... what a shame, looks 
like a neat little probe. :(
