Well, since at that point you'd be out of the datasheets specs, what you can expect is pretty much what you can always expect when you go outside the datasheet parameters: anything. Being speced by engineers I'd be very surprised if you saw anything until you hit at least 2 or 3 times the written number. When you do eventually start getting problems I'd expect problems in verification (stuck bit), although it's also entirely possible in my mind that a verify would first time pass, but eventually fail.
