It isn't

Tried pspls44001.hex and then pspls45001.hex. No good. Just
the same errors as before. Checked connections, again, and put
another 10F on the board

But that's not going to happen today is it. I have an EasyProg
but it's not been tested or set up yet due to time constraints. It
may be that now is the hour, after a quick grovel to the client

Some 3-hour job that turned out to be. Now I know how the
crew of the S.S. Minnow felt. Although they did have the extreme
annoyance of Bob Denver as well

I'd like to know if anyone has programmed a 10F with the PS+

Googled around and had a quick look through the forums but
didn't see anyone with this sort of problem
