The 10F is completely isolated by open solder-bridge pads. It's as
though it were in the programmer, so there's effectively no schematic

BTW this is the SOT-23 version, batch 06UY, not the DIP8, hence
the flying leads. 

The only errata I could find

makes no mention of upload issues (or the straw I was hoping to
clutch - pin-out misprint !!)
