For the 87J10 and 45J10 I use a 10uF 6.3V ceramic - digikey PCC2225CT-ND. So far so good but it hasn't gone into production. Hey at least they told you the values. For the 45J10 you don't even get the value. Had to open a web ticket for them to tell me it is in the spec for programming the device. Why of course it is in the programming spec! Where it makes no sense! Also no guidance on ESR or allowable range of values. Getting real tired of significant documentation omissions from microchip. The only reason I continue to use microchip parts is the code/design base of successful designs with them. Everything new is AVR.
