Good day to all.

I have a strip of SMD devices that I can't remember the part number for.

These are in what looks to be a sot23-4 package, with one lead much 
wider than the other 3.  Marking on the package is 3TV.

Been going through my notes and purchase info but haven't been able 
to figure out what they are.

Ring any bells with anyone?
