Weber >http://timothyweber.org I'm not sure if you read my reply from a few days ago to the posting without the [PIC] tag so I'll repeat ti here: According to the Microchip website only with enhanced flash it is possible to program at voltages below about 4.75 volt http://support2.microchip.com/KBSearch/KB_StdProb.aspx?ID=SQ6UJ9A003C0O both these devices have standard flash program memory there is only the option of programming it around 5 volt or replacing it with a device with enhanced flash.
