I was thinking that full VGA would be better since it has 4x the number of pixels. I'm satisfied with my scope's resolution (QVGA). It's not as smooth as an analog of course, but it's fine especially since the digitizer is only 8 bits. It is active matrix so that helps I guess. Is the firmware stable? Does it crash? You'd probably really like the Rigol scopes since the math seems fairly complete, compared to Tek. The prices are only a little higher than the ones at Saelig, and the support is awesome. Not affiliated, just happy. :-) > I, personally, use a CS328 from Cleverscope all the time. Simply > love this thing. I saw where someone else was really happy with the Cleverscope. I assume there are plenty of users and you don't usually hear much from people that are happy. It did seem to have good specs for a USB "black box" kinda scope.
