I recommend Casio Classpad300,Voyage 200 and HP 49/50g.For an EE
Voyage 200 or TI-89 Titanium is the best choice (EE Pro).There is a
port of EE Pro for HP 49/50g series.I can find upon request.

Used mathcad 12 for input to HFSS about a year - it sucks.

Matlab is the best one ever.
