I am trying to switch clock frequencies during normal operation of the PIC.  
I start out using a 32khz EXTERNAL clock and then switch to an internal 4Mhz 
clock, however I notice that when I switch back the external clock it takes 
me approximately 35 milliseconds to switch back?

Is there a proper way to switch back and forth that will not take so much 
time?
