Dear readers,

     is there a solution available as a circuitry(containing pic or
     not) that deals with encoding audio signals to mp3 on a hardware
     basis ?

     Currently I want this: 2 microphones -> Circuitry ->  USB-Stick

     so the circuitry is to save mp3 files on the stick which contain
     the converted analogue signals from both mic.s
