hi, im building a clock, and last night, it was working fine. but i took it
apart to get some photos of the inside of it(it is for a school project),
and now it doesnt want to do anything. my logic probe is telling me that all
the IO pins arent at 1 or 0, just disconnect. it is acting as if it isnt
executing instructions, which makes no sense, as my oscilloscope tells me
the 20MHz xtal is oscillating with the same waveform as one on another
project. i know the chip works, as it performs as expected in my dev board(a
velleman k8048). I have tried swapping the xtal for a 4MHz one like the one
on the dev board, but to no effect.

please help.
