The 'listinfo' file/page http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist doesn't yet mention the new ARM tag. And it also says [EE] is "ELECTRICAL engineering" (power systems??), not ELECTRONICS engineering or 'everything' engineering. No wonder people don't know what EE tag is for... And you do have to OPT IN to receive the ARM tagged posts since the default it to NOT receive them, and since they have a VALID tag, they won't be forwarded by the 'see all untagged posts' option.
