What I always wonder is - why so many different types of UFO ?
Is the Earth an inter-stellar truck-stop - "More Arcturian waffles
hon ?". The equivalent of Hitchhiker's Guide Barnard's Star **,
where you can cadge a ride to anywhere ?

And why would "they" be here ? Perhaps "they" are everywhere

Is the abundance of sightings around Groom Lake and in and around
Nevada a coincidence ?

There are of course plenty of people who love to think that we're
being visited. Won't they have egg on their faces if it turns out that
aliens really are true and are vicious imperial monsters. Oh, wait.
That's a Bad Thing

My personal opinion is that the US and Soviet governments are/were
quite happy for citizens to believe in UFOs. It encouraged them to track
them. Because the UFOs were in fact their and the opposition's test
and experimental planes. May not cover them all but it's a start

This documentary is well worth watching. I thought it balanced. A little
cynicism, but the skepticism not completely destroyed. Not all "UFOs
are nonsense" theories explained or dismissed. Some sightings could
not be easily attributed to the military (but that could be because of
lack of, or poor, connecting evidence)
