For Pickit 2, I was going by this list: http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1406&dDocName=en027813 This says that most actually are. I tried reinstalling my Pickit software thinking I had an older verison, but it still gives me that same error. No device attached or no supported device. Are there any common PCB board mistakes that I should search for? I checked all the connections with a multimeter and they seem to all be going to the right places.
