I was just thinking.  If you used a known inductor, with a capacitor
under test for it's value, as an oscillator.  Then use a sort of PLL
setup to control a DDS chip until it matches the frequency of the
oscillator.  Knowing the final frequency that it's running at, you
should be able to calculate the capacitance with the known inductance.
 Any thoughts on this setup?
