I just recived my SX-Key and the Development Board yesterday.  and i pluged it in and tryed to upload the led28.src file and then i get and error message.  first the clock generation window will pop up and say download succesful. and say its running at 1Mhz.  then another windown pops up were it says erassing then a error message pops up and says communication failed: 117.  so i try it again and then it says that the SX-Key is not found.  and i turn it off and on a couple times then ill get a different error message under the communicatoin failed window.  is it the computer serial port that is messed up? or the sx-key.  i tryed pluging it directly in the back of the computer to rule out having a back R232 cable but still the same problem.
 

and i also tryed the program SX-Key serial port tester and is cant find the sx-key.

 

any help would be apreciated.
