some times a day or 2 to answer emails.  That was back in Nov.  They 
might have improved.
I believe the also offer educational discounts though.  They US dist. is 
higher but you have to figure in the time delay of  customs and 
shipping.  Some of the items I bought later were acually cheaper in the 
US  when you considered that.
