Hi all, I'm having trouble programming a 10F206 with my easyprog programmer. I know it works, because I can successfully erase, program and verify a 12F683. I measured a VPP of 13V, a valid VDD (tried 4.5V and 5V) using the pic_ctrl program. Clock and data lines also act normally. To give some context : I had just soldered a 10F206 (SOT23) on a breakout board, and first of all I dumped its memory content to get the OSCCAL value. Then, I almost managed to program it once. If I remember correctly, it failed verification during the programming cycle. Now, though, whether I try to read or program the PIC, or just do a dry-run (pic_prog -PIC 10F206), it tells me "Target chip is not a 10F206 or one of its variants". I know the 10F PICs don't have a device ID, so I really don't know what's wrong. Could it be I over-wrote some critical config the first time?
