Never heard back from PCBFABEXPRESS, decided to use the boards, one in use, 4 others have been tested and are spares for the distant future (never hopefully). Since I have ordered from Imagineering inc., their Tech Support phoned me with a couple of questions about copper areas on the boards. Really appreciated that on a small order someone was looking at the design and did ask questions. The boards arrived as scheduled at a slightly lower price than first place. Shipping was quicker, Chicago to Cleveland, Oh. is usually 1 or 2 days ground, as opposed to 4 - 7 days from California. :) Bob Axtell wrote: > I wanted to report that two weeks ago an order from PCBFABEXPRESS > arrived with those funny squares all over my PCB order, as described earlier > on the PIClist. > Mime-Version: 1.0 > Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit > Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii > > I complained to "support AT pcbfabexpress.com" and included the order number > and a digital closeup picture of the problem. > > Today a new set of PCBs arrived manufactured properly, no squares. > > They did, in fact, do what they said about problems. > > > So, they are back on my PCB vendor list. > > --Bob > -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
