I need to find a source for some keypads for a small run project.  Basic requirements are:

Not a matrix pad (preferably), though I could design around one.
3X3 or possibly 4X4
sealed from dirt and moisture, should not need to be waterproof.
prefer something relatively flush to the case I will be using.
Lighted (red) for astronomy night time use
user (or mafr economically) labeled.
As inexpensive as possible.  I have about $50 per pad to work with MAX

I kinda like those pads with the silicone buttons molded into a sheet.

OR (and you suspected there might be one...) The means to make above myself in such a way as to not look too home brew.

I do have a machine shop at home so a bit of manufacturing is possible.
