All, I second the motion for GoDaddy.com. I have been with them for about 5 years or so now, and I can't remember Having any downtime. Rates are reasonable too. I switched from Register.com to GoDaddy.com a few years ago. I've found their service to be far better than Register. Their web management interface works well giving you full control of your DNS records including SPF, so you won't have to learn zone files.
