I don't know the answer to your question.  You might consider finding
out which font it requests (view page source) and then replacing that
font in your OS with the font you want using the same name.

If you change your question slightly to:
"Can I change the font I see when viewing Wikipedia pages?"

Then the answer might include Firefox with a greasemonkey script.
