There are MIPS, ARM, PPC, and Coldfire chips that are capable of doing all that. Open up most any consumer wireless router or IP phone and you'll see one there. You may need extra (external) RAM to do it all, though. You might consider 100pin BGAs as beyond the edge of "microcontroller."
